first_imgALLENTOWN, PA — Muhlenberg College held its 170th baccalaureate and commencement ceremonies on May 17 and 18. A total of 519 degrees were awarded to 511 students, and 267 students in the Class of 2018 graduated with honors and distinctions.Nicole Tetreault, of Wilmington, graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and a self-designed major in Comedy Arts.The College also conferred honorary degrees to commencement speaker Dr. Robert D. Loeffler ’70, composer Morten Lauridsen, public policy advocate Heather C. McGhee, and humanitarian Elissa Montanti.About Muhlenberg CollegeFounded in 1848, Muhlenberg is a highly selective, private, four-year residential, liberal arts college located in Allentown, Pa., approximately 90 miles west of New York City.
